2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver in selected pincodes in India.

Delivery outside these areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.
2.2 Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and delivered within [2–5/days] from the time of confirmation. In case of a delay due to the shipping service, keeping the product safety in mind, we will recall the delivery and initiate shipping again. This might delay your delivery date and the same will be informed via email / text messages to you promptly.

Same-day delivery may be available for select products, subject to order time and availability.
2.3 Shipping Charges

A standard delivery fee of ₹150 applies to all orders below ₹500.

Free delivery is available for orders above ₹2000.
2.4 Delivery Process

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with tracking information (if applicable).

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Immediately consume or freeze the product for further use.

3.2 Order Preparation Time

Orders for pickup are generally ready within 4 hours after order confirmation.

Delayed Delivery: We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather conditions, or courier delays).

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
